WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T COMPLETE THE ORDER?

If you have a problem completing the order, call us at tel. number +421 908 815 654 or write us an e-mail to: eshop@japitex.sk.

In the e-mail, state the type (code) of the goods, size, colour and number of pieces, together with your contact details (name, phone number, e-mail, billing and delivery address) as well as the mode of transport you wish to be used and the method of payment.

WHEN WILL THE ORDERED GOODS BE DELIVERED TO ME?

We will try to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible after receiving your order. We process orders immediately if the goods are in stock. If we do not currently have the goods in stock, we will inform you about their delivery via e-mail.

The delivery time also depends on the mode of transport you choose. Through the GLS courier service, the package will be at your home in Slovakia within 1-2 working days of sending the order (the package travels to the Czech Republic for 2-3 days), and via the Slovak Post for 2-3 working days.

WHAT IF THE SIZE DOESN'T FIT? CAN I RETURN THE DELIVERED ITEMS?

Of course! You shop with us without risk. If the goods do not suit you for any reason, you can return them to us without any problems and without giving a reason within 5 days of receiving the shipment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY LOGIN NAME / PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your login details, contact us by phone +421 908 815 654 or write to us at eshop@japitex.sk.

If you have forgotten your username, we will need the e-mail address you entered during registration (or your other data - name, surname ...) so that we can search for you in our system.

If you have forgotten your login password, we will create a new one for you, which you will then be able to change.
